We have taken the utmost care to deliver a quality product. All precautionary measures have implemented during packaging and shipment. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, you can exchange or return it within 7 days of receipt. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if the product is still in its original condition. No returns will be accepted without notification. Please notify us at email@example.com before returning stock. We will refund you on your purchase and initial shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be for your own account. Refunds for the value of the item returned only will be credited to the customer’s credit card within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.

Cancellation by us
While we endeavour to deliver on all orders placed, in rare circumstances, an order may not be able to be fulfilled. As such, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction between ourselves and the customer during the processing period (48hrs). If we do cancel an order, the customer will be notified by email or telephone, and the customer’s credit card will be credited as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for any possible consequences of the cancellation.
